At Yardbird, we want you to love your outdoor living space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team via our online portal or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes and ensure all hardware and cushions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  For large furniture sets, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time at your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
